3. Will you handle our bookings?
If you’re purchasing just the itinerary, we do not make bookings on your behalf, but we recommend the best stay options as per your budget, and include verified transport contacts to make planning easier. However, for busy professionals or travellers who prefer a completely hassle-free experience, we offer end-to-end travel packages. This includes:
- Accommodation bookings
- Transport arrangements
- A detailed day-wise itinerary
- On-trip support if needed
You just have to pack and go — we handle the rest!
4. Can I get a custom-made itinerary based on my budget and travel style?
Yes, we personalize itineraries based on your budget, duration, travel style (leisure, adventure, heritage, spiritual, etc.), and preferred destinations.
5. How is your itinerary different from free ones online?
Our itineraries are deeply researched, practical, and created by an expert traveller. They include local insights, hidden gems, accurate travel sequences, food spots, transportation options, accommodation options and real-world experiences.
6. How do I book a pre-made itinerary?
Choose the Indian destination you want to explore from our pre-made itinerary list.
Click on the contact/WhatsApp option — we’ll have a quick chat, clearing your doubts and sharing the information with you.
Once you’re ready, make the payment and share the receipt with us on email ID and WhatsApp.
You’ll receive your full, detailed itinerary in your email within 4 hour after payment confirmation.

8. What if the hotels in the pre-made itineraries are not in my budget or sold out?
No problem at all! If the suggested accommodations don’t fit your budget or are unavailable, we’re here to help.
For a small additional fee of Rs. 249, we’ll:
Suggest alternative stays based on your budget and preferences.
Guide you to similar options in nearby locations.
Ensure your stay is comfortable and well-located.
9. Is upgradation from Premade Itinerary to Custom made itinerary possible?
Yes, absolutely! If you wish to upgrade, just reach out to us at contact@fernwehtravel.in or WhatsApp.
We’ll happily upgrade you to a custom itinerary, and the amount you’ve already paid for the pre-made version will be deducted from the total, as long as the destination remains the same.
10. How long does it take to receive a custom-made Itinerary?
Custom itineraries are delivered within 4-5 working days after we receive your travel preferences, with a 60% advance payment
11. Will you help if I face an issue during my trip?
If you’ve purchased a pre-made or custom-made itinerary, we’re available via email or WhatsApp to support you with any questions before your trip.
If you’ve booked a complete travel package with us (including stays and transport), we’ll provide full support throughout your journey to ensure everything runs smoothly.
12. Can I speak with someone before ordering?
Yes, you can connect with us via WhatsApp for any queries before purchase, which is mentioned on the website.
13. I don’t know where to go. Can you suggest a destination?
